Welcome to University Hospitals Billing Information. If you received services at one of the following facilities, your hospital charges are managed through the Central Business Office.

  • University Hospitals Case Medical Center

  • UH Geauga Medical Center

  • UH Bedford Medical Center

  • UH Geneva Medical Center

  • UH Richmond Medical Center

In addition to your hospital bill, you may receive separate bills from your physician or other professional service providers involved in your hospital care. If you have a question regarding your Hospital Based Physician Bill or would like to make a payment, we ask that you contact them directly. In an effort to serve you better, please refer to Hospital Based Physician Information.

Shortly after receiving services at one of our facilities, you will receive your Personal Account Statement. This statement is generated and mailed to you at the same time your charges are submitted to your insurance carrier. You are ultimately responsible for your account balance; therefore, it is important that you carefully review your Personal Account Statement and become familiar with our billing process. If any of the information on your Personal Account Statement is incorrect, please do one of the following immediately:

Complete the reverse side of your Personal Account Statement with the updated information and return it in the envelope provided.
